Need Money To Remodel

Next year when tax season comes, one of my first projects that I want to do around the house is to get an additional bathroom added to the house. With a family of 6, one bathroom is not going to work forever. My husband also wants to remodel our bathroom upstairs and add some additional bathroom lighting to fancy it up some. Right now its just very plain. I originally was going to try Bathfitters to see what they could do but changed my mind and wanted to completely remodel instead. Maybe I'll post some before and after pictures to see what ya think.
