I was hired as a supervisor making more money in my same field, medical billing. At first I wasn't happy. LOL. I didn't want to be a supervisor because I always thought it would take away from my family. (I have turned down 5 offers in the past. I have always thought that it would be stressful) Well since I was being laid off I accepted it this time. So far its easier to my surprise. Its only been 2 weeks but Thank God I have a job. Now I don't have to worry about getting laid off in July.
I still want my own medical billing client. One day maybe....

Ginene, congrats!!!! Wow, that was record time huh,,, 2 weeks? Hope you enjoy your new job (and the additional $$ that comes with it!)
Actually I think it was about 4 weeks. I didn't post the same day I found out but either way I am just thrilled. I was putting in about 10 applications a day. I get obsessive when I look for jobs. LOL. I am just glad to still be working and the extra was definitely needed.
