Home With The Kids

I was on Spicypage surfing through work from home blogs and I came across Home With The Kids. This is a site dedicated to helping moms make that transition in finding a work from home job. The author explains how she got her start through medical transcription and was able to eventually create and maintain her own website. On the website some valid points were made about the mind frame of moms today. In the past we used to assume that we would be home to take care of our families but now we are more focused on our careers. I think the economy has changed that. Now it seems almost impossible to live on one income. One of the ways for a stay at home moms that want to help out financially is to try and get a work at home job There are really alot of great work at home jobs available. Just make sure you do your research before you start.

I really enjoyed my visit at Home With The Kids and have learned about a few more places that hire from home.

WireFly

I was just viewing Wirefly's website and they have some really great deals on cell phones. You can get a Razr cell phone on their 24hour Razr Wednesday sale for $0.00. No that wasn't a mistype. All you have to do is choose a selected plan from carriers such as Cingular, Verizon etc. and pay $0 after your instant discount. You can choose from a variety of colors but you must act fast because the sale ends midnight Wednesday! To choose your plan, you can shop by carrier, phone, or service plan. It would be a great gift to give mom a cell phone for Mother's Day You can get the pretty pink Razr with a new Cingular Wireless account and have it shipped with 2 days by FedEx so it will be here in time for Mother's day. Also if you missed the 24 hour opportunity, Wirefly still have other great deals and options you can choose from.

If you want a cell phone but don't want a contract, they also have prepaid cell phones that you can choose from. Just enter your zip code to get the coverage plan. The prepaid coverage available in my location offers free nights and weekends. I wasn't aware that prepaid phones had free weekends until today. That is a definite plus for me. I am always trying to save a buck. I am glad that I visited Wirefly I now see that cell phones are definitely back in my budget. Now I can finally get one again. Its only been 2 years since I had one. :) Even my teenager have a cell phone.

Stop by Wirefly today and give some feedback if you have any.

SponsoredReviews

Wow is this blogger's heaven for newbies? I think it is. :) I have found yet another site that will pay you to post. I just recently registered with Sponsored Reviews and so far it looks great! There are plenty of opportunities available. The sponsors choose what their minimum qualifications are and Sponsored Reviews will recommend, based on your blog rank and traffic, the minimum you should charge. The positives to sponsors is that they have the ability to decline your bid. The disadvantage so far to bloggers is that the sponsors do not have to tell you why your bid was rejected. That is one option that I hope they will change in the future. Another plus is every opportunity is neutral. I really like that.

Now we can get paid for doing something we love to do thanks to all these new programs. Come and check out this new paid to post program.

Free Brochures For Your Home Based Business

If you are starting your own business, more than likely you will need to create brochures, flyers and business cards. Did you know Microsoft Office have free tools that can help you get started? They have sample brochures that you can edit and save to your computer along with business cards that you can edit and download and buy the paper that you need from Staples. I go to Microsoft for everything and have used their greeting cards because they are so much more personal. Just wanted to share some information with you. :)

I Love SpicyPage

I have read some blogs mention their opinions of SpicyPage and I wanted to give mine also. I love SpicyPage! You can view other blogs and vote on them and also start your own group. I vote thumbs up for everyone. No one wants a negative vote and it doesn't make me feel better to vote badly for someone. I would rather skip their blog than to vote negatively but that's just me. Be positive to others and positive things will happen to you. Also it makes me feel better. My very first vote came from Maccise and that made my day. Voting for others also encourage them to visit your blog. I know I went straight to Maccise site and it is filled with interesting movies.

I also have experienced being #1 for the first time on a site. Woohoo!! I don't care how long it lasts, just felt good to get there. Also it is bringing me more traffic so another plus to the site. If you haven't joined so far, what are you waiting for? There are so many categories that can get you to the top 100 such as the number of votes you get or give, being the friendliest, being the most active, and they will also put you on the front page just for logging in last. SpicyPage is free and its a great place to meet new friends. Stop by their blog for the latest updates.

StubHub

I just recently signed up with SpicyPage ( a very nice blog community, might I add. Thanks again to AffiliateBlogOnline) and one of the sites I voted for was StubHub I really wished I found out about this site last year when I wanted to see the Ravens play. If you didn't know, StubHub is a site where you can buy and sell tickets online. Sort of like an exchange place. So instead of wasting tickets on a concert that you can't make, you can sign up with StubHub and sell your tickets there. Neat!!! I love finding out about things as you can tell. I know I am probably the last one known to mankind to hear about this but just in case I'm not, I decided to share with ya. Now maybe I can see the Ravens play this year.

Urltrends

I was doing my usual searching on the internet and came across Urltrends This is a website that gives you your pagerank when you put in your url. This is soooo cooool!! I put in FlavaOfBlog and yes my pagerank is still zero but I have potential. :) I know it is going to change in no time. Urltrends also gives information on your incoming links, labels, ranking trends, linking trends and much more. Go to Urltrends to get your pagerank.

I need to find out how I can get some Yahoo love. Got any tips for me?

Creditor Web

I usually hesitate when applying for credit cards because I am not sure which one would be better for me and I like to make sure I am choosing the best one. I love to research and compare things so I usually just keep researching until I can find the best choice. When I came across Creditor Web I noticed that you can compare credit cards with one another. I have been deciding whether I should apply for a business credit card for my medical billing company or should I wait until I actually get a client. I like to think positive. :) I think the Advanta credit cards is geared towards small businesses so it seems like it might be the perfect for me.

What kind of credit card do you have? Got any tips or recommendations?

Sig-Link

Did you know you can sell your signature in forums? I just read about it so I don't know much about it. I came across Sig-Link and apparently you can check how much your signature is worth by putting in your total posts and your average posts per day. Some people have sold their signature for about $100 a month. Of course these people probably have over 5000 posts.

If anyone have any feedback on this, please leave a comment. I learned about this from reading in the Digital Point Forum
