I know when I was pregnant while working, the first thing I wanted to know about was maternity leave. If you are pregnant and working outside the home you should find out right away about your companies maternity leave policies. When should you tell your boss that you are pregnant? In my case, I didn't tell them until my belly started showing. I wanted it to be known to everyone that I was pregnant just in case someone wanted to act stupid and fired me. LOL. (Of course that didn't happen) My job gave me 6 weeks paid maternity leave at 60% of my salary. Make sure you enroll in the short term disability if it isn't given to you automatically. A quick way to find out if your site has been cached in Google is to go to Google and type

If your site comes up then your site is cached in Google. If you don't know what this means, it basically means Google has a copy of your site stored in the search engine. This is a good thing. Your site will normally become cached after it has become indexed. How To Get Referrals?

Some good ways to get referrals are by joining forums. Add your signature and responds to posts normally and offer valuable information. Try to avoid unnecessary drama. This will sometimes give people a bad view of you and can also make you lose a potential referral. If you offer alot of good advice, people will click on your signature out of curiosity. If you are new to a forum, don't spam it with "Look How I Make Money" posts. You haven't given them any credibility to trust you yet, so why should they?

Another good way of getting referrals is by being a great upline. Don't just sign people up and leave them hanging. Offer some tips and help them get referrals. Keep contact with them and give them your IM to answer any questions they may have. If your downline is successful, you will be too. :)

Or you can decide not to screen it but you can still choose to accept or reject it but the caller wont know you have screened the call. They even have options where you can decide when to take calls from certain people(like set hours) or you can choose to always have a call forwarded to voice mail or even sneakier play a disconnected option to make the caller think your number has been disconnected. Once you get a number from GrandCentral, it's your number for life. They have different ring choices you can choose from and all types of gadgets to play around with. You can even call a person back with your GrandCentral number. I have been using it for over a month now and I love it!

Only catch is right now it is by invitation only. If you don't receive an invite you can also go to the site and be added to a waiting list or just google grandcentral invites to see if anyone have any to spare.

Wrong Diagnosis

What the doctor prescribes isn't always best. I always form my own opinion. When my son was 2 he had a small knot in his stomach just above his bellly button that his doctor kept diagnosing as Hernia but later after switching doctors I found out that it was a tumor in his liver(benign, Thank God). It was removed when he was 3 and he is now 13. Wrong Diagnosis is a really great forum. They have alot of information and discussions on misdiagnosis on men and women and home remedies when prescriptions fail. One example is a home remedy on how to cure Bacterial Vaginosis. Sometimes it is better to talk to others that may be experiencing the same thing you are going through so you can get your own research. I am not suggesting that you avoid doctors but just suggest that you also do research or get a second opinion if necessary.
